At March 17 sitting of NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the draft law on Amending the RA Criminal Code authored by the Government was debated in the first reading. The rapporteur was the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Arman Hovhannisyan.

The legislative initiative was approved by the Committee.

The bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Petitions authored by the Government that was not amended after its adoption in the first reading was debated in the second reading was endorsed.

The debate on Amending the RA Code of Administrative Offences authored by the NA deputies Sisak Gabrielyan and Artak Manukyan was postponed for two months.

The debate of the bill on Amending the RA Civil Code authored by the NA deputies Nikolay Baghdasaryan, Tsovinar Vardanyan, Viktor Yengibaryan, Hayk Gevorgyan, Sergey Movsisyan, Gevorg Papoyan, Hayk Sargsyan, Hovik Aghazaryan, Hripsime Grigoryan, Sergey Atomyan was also postponed for two months.
